Overview
The Overeem Distillery is nestled among the trees of the Overeem family home. Due to the business starting out merely as a ‘hobby’, Casey Overeem thought it would be most convenient to be able to ‘walk to work’.
Using a world-class, all-copper pot still, made in Hobart by Knapp Lewer Contracting, production commenced in 2007 and has since ramped up to full production with all expressions of whisky under bond.
Due to the family nature of this quaint home-distillery, public tours are not in operation.
