The Kilchoman Distillery is a distillery that produces single malt Scotch whisky on Islay, an island of the Inner Hebrides. Kilchoman was founded in 2005, it is a farm distillery and proportion of the barley used in production is grown and malted at the distillery. Kilchoman gives everyone the opportunity to see all that is best in the grass-roots traditions of malt whisky distilling – from barley to bottle. Kilchoman is one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland producing just over 100,000 litres of alcohol per year.
