Overview

My passion for distilling spirits began with bourbon. The craft of bourbon distillation is an American craft that is second to none. And it’s a craft that emanates from the region of the country I call home. It’s grain. It’s water. It’s wood. It’s fire. And it’s time. Its base ingredients embody the elements of the American dream. I’ve taken that bourbon foundation and used that same curiosity and determination to develop our rye whiskey and dry gin that are true manifestations of those unique traditions. Every crafted spirit presents challenges unique to that spirit that require patience and persistence before the craft comes in to focus. When that focus becomes clear, our spirits are ready to share. I am pursuing a passion that I plan to perfect. And I want to share the results with all those willing to chase a dream.
