We founded Griffo Distillery in Petaluma, California, to create fresh, beautiful, small-batch, grain-to-glass spirits. Our first offering, Scott Street Gin, is a London Style Gin (the gin is distilled all at once without blending). This fresh, light gin, produced with locally-sourced botanicals, reflects our deep appreciation for delicious beverages and our love of Sonoma County.
Our spirits are hand-distilled in our 250-gallon American-made copper pot still. We make small-batch spirits just the way we like them, with a beautiful, soft complexity.
