Our chefs offer a touch of modern creativity to Edo-mae style sushi (Traditional Japanese-Edo Period). Many selected fish is flown in from Tsukiji fish market in Tokyo, Japan & is served at Katsuei. Each nigiri sushi piece is topped with a flavorful combination of ingredients to bring a balanced & harmonious umami experience in each bite.
